Assuming that solution vendors focus on solutions where SharePoint admins and devs experience the most pain, are there any areas in SharePoint that are your pain points and for one reason or another you have yet to find a solution?

For my part, I'm seeing a lot of pain in permissions. But I could be wrong.....
